STRAIGHT TO BUSINESS (S2B)
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: August 2026
Welcome to Straight to Business ("S2B," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting a consultation, signing a service agreement, or using any service provided by S2B, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Services Provided
S2B provides automation consulting and implementation services to small businesses, including but not limited to: lead capture and follow-up automation, appointment scheduling and calendar management automation, multi-channel outreach automation (email, SMS, and messaging platforms), CRM integration and workflow setup, AI-assisted customer communication systems, and custom automation strategy consulting.
Fees and Payment
Setup Fees: A one-time setup fee covers the initial build-out of your automation systems. Monthly Subscription: An ongoing monthly fee covers continued access, monitoring, updates, and support. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Third-Party Costs: The Client is responsible for any third-party platform costs (Make.com, Twilio, Calendly, etc.) separate from S2B's fees.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, grant necessary platform access, respond to requests in a timely manner, maintain required third-party subscriptions, and notify S2B of any changes to business information or account access.
Third-Party Platforms
S2B builds systems using third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or price increases by those platforms. The Client is responsible for complying with third-party terms of service.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns their automation workflows and deliverables. S2B retains its general methodologies and templates.
Confidentiality
Data and Privacy
Limitation of Liability
Both parties agree to keep each other's business information confidential and not share it with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law.
S2B collects only information necessary to provide services and does not sell Client data. See our full Privacy Policy at str82business.com/privacy-policy.
S2B's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim. S2B is not liable for lost revenue, third-party outages, or business outcomes outside its direct control.
Termination
The Client may cancel with 14 days written notice to contact@str82business.com. S2B may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication, then mediation if needed. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and S2B.
