Welcome to S2B Automation. By booking a consultation for your company, signing an agreement, or employing our general suite of digital services, you ("Client") consent to follow these Terms. Please review them carefully before starting your project.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use of our site and services signifies your agreement to the updated legal framework.
Service Programs
S2B Automation provides digital growth software and efficiency solutions for small enterprises including: lead generation tools, digital calendar management, multi-channel outreach (Email/SMS), custom CRM setups, and AI messaging. We focus on enhancing your daily operations and providing professional consulting to ensure your business remains competitive and agile without any unnecessary technical complexity.
Rates and Pay
Onboarding Fees: A standard setup fee applies to all custom builds and initial delivery. Subscriptions: Monthly recurring fees cover maintenance and technical support for your account. Payment: All invoices are due on receipt. Refunds: Services are non-refundable once the project begins or for active billing cycles. Platforms: Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party software accounts.
Client Duties
Clients must provide necessary assets and clear instructions to ensure timely project delivery.
Partners
We utilize third-party applications to deliver results; we are not responsible for their service interruptions. You agree to follow their individual user agreements.
Ownership
You own your specific configurations upon final payment; S2B retains rights to its proprietary code.

Limits of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client during the three months preceding any formal claim. We are not liable for incidental damages or external platform failures.
Termination
Send written notice to contact@str82business.com to end your active subscription. S2B may suspend access for non-payment of fees.
Jurisdiction
All disputes will be resolved through mediation in Allegheny County, PA. These terms serve as the governing law for our partnership.
Full Accord
This document and your specific work order constitute the entire agreement.
